Even my parents, who are admittedly pretty picky and not easily impressed, were just blown away by how knowledgeable and thorough you were. I especially appreciated how ‘user-friendly’ you were, meaning that you explained everything in a way that I, someone with absolutely no experience with houses, could understand, and answered my (probably stupid!) questions. It meant a lot to me that you were friendly, respectful, and approachable.
