Bob, Thank you for the photos and your outstanding work on the inspection. I appreciate your insights and advice. My parents were very impressed about your professionalism and thoroughness and continue to rave about you. Even the Seller’s agent told Kris that she would recommend you to her clients in the future. If that’s not a ringing endorsement, I don’t know what is!On your recommendation, we faxed our Amendment to the Purchase Contract on Friday evening, requiring that the Sellers have the furnace serviced by a professional heating contractor to investigate the draft fan leak, and any evidence of rust, corrosion, etc. Thanks again for your assistance and advice! It feels good to have someone in our corner in this process! You are great!

Bob, I can’t thank you enough for the amazing job you did on our home inspection. Even my parents, who are admittedly pretty picky and not easily impressed, were just blown away by how knowledgable and thorough you were. I especially appreciated how “user-friendly” you were, meaning that you explained everything in a way that I, someone with absolutely no experience with houses, could understand, and answered my (probably stupid!) questions. It meant alot to me that you were friendly, respectful, and approachable. As first-time homebuyers, it was very reassuring to know that we had an inspector with such expertise and experience looking out for our best interests. At your recommendation we had a foundation specialist come back, and he advised us to put up some support beams to avoid any future movement. He even complimented you, saying that we must have had an inspector who really knew what he was doing, and added that catching it at this stage means so much less work and money than if we’d waited. So thanks to your careful eye, we’ll be able to avoid having extreme basement work done in the future, and since you found this on our home inspection, you saved us from having to pay for it, since we’re making the sale of the house contingent upon the owners completing these measures. Overall, I just can’t thank you enough. I feel that home inspection is such a crucial aspect of the home-buying process, and one that can sort of make you or break you. We are so pleased with the job you did for us, and so confident in your services, that we’ve already given your name to several people who are househunting. Thanks, Bob - you’re a lifesaver!
