Home Inspection Pricing

Price of a home inspection can be nothing compared to the possible cost of not getting a home inspection.

The cost of home inspection pricing starts at $390 for a newer single family home (under 1200 Sq. ft.), which is inexpensive relative to walking into a real estate deal without knowledge of the property conditions. Cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Visa and Master Card are accepted. Add 4% for credit cards. All quotes are for on-site payment. Avoid the aggravation and possible financial loss. Get peace-of-mind and a Certified Master Home Inspector who is very professional and is there to represent your best interests.

If you are putting your home on the market and would like pre-sale home inspection pricing or if you have put in an offer to purchase a home or for any other questions that you may have about your property, call Bob at 262-993-7755 or email at bkpro@wi.rr.com.

BK Home Inspections‘ Certified Master Home Inspector, Bob Beisbier has taken the time to become a Master Home Inspector because he cares about his clients and making sure that they get the benefit of his knowledge and the latest testing and equipment. No, we are not the cheapest. We are the most reasonably priced.

There are part time home inspectors out there that are cheap. Ask yourself if the $$$ you save is really worth it?

Remember: The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a cheap price is gone.

I get people calling me everyday looking for the cheapest price for a home inspection. Here is an actual testimonial:

“Bob, thanks for taking time to talk to me the other day about the situation that I am in. I got your name from my realtor. You were on a list of three inspectors. I hired a different inspector because he was $10 cheaper. When I lost my job, I had to sell my home after living there for only 8 months. I had an accepted offer, but their home inspector discovered a foundation issue. I hired a foundation inspector and he said that this should have been caught when I bought the home. Now I am looking at $19,000 in repairs, long litigation, and much frustration. My inspector didn’t even have insurance. Long story short, if I ever sort this out and buy another home someday, I will be calling you. Thanks again! ”
